§ The Lord Chancellor (Lord Hailsham of Saint Marylebone)My Lords, before calling Amendment No. 1, I am advised that I should draw the attention of the House to two corrections which should be made on 795 the list. These are as follows. First, on page 14 in the last line of the clause numbered subsection (8), the word "it" should read "he". In Amendment No. 100 on page 19 the line reference which is missing should be line 5. I hope the House will agree that these are minor corrections.
