§ Baroness YoungMy Lords, I beg to move that this House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 1. The Government accepted at the Committee stage in another place that the head teacher should be consulted over the new or amended instrument or articles of government for the school and, in response to the Opposition amendment, to make the reference explicit. This is what this amendment does, and similar amendments in respect of grouped governing bodies and temporary governing bodies are contained in Amendments Nos. 108 and 110.
