My Lords, I beg to move that the House do now agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 77. This amendment requires the governors' annual report to be supplied, free of charge, to all persons employed at the school as well as to all parents. Copies of the governors' annual report were in any case to be readily available at the school for consultation but, given the close interest that those employed at the school will naturally have in the matters discussed in the annual report, it seems only reasonable that they should have their own copy of the report.
