74 Clause 24: Transpose Clause 24 to after Clause 39

My Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 74. As the Government come to consider the final shape of this legislation it seems to us that Clause 24 on sex education is better placed in Part IV with other similar provisions.
