HC Deb 24 March 1904 vol 132 c605
MR. WEIR

To ask the Secretary of State for India whether the claims made by Sirdar Balvant Ramchandra, native of Poona, which are set forth in a letter dated 25th August, 1901, addressed to the Secretary to the Government of Bombay, have yet received the consideration promised; and, if so, will he state the nature of the decision arrived at.

(Answered by Mr. Secretary Brodrick.) There has been no change in the situation, so far as I am aware, since my predecessor answered a similar Question of the hon. Member's on the 7th May last.† †See (4) Debates, cxxii., 15.
