WEIRTo ask the Secretary of State for India whether the claims made by Sirdar Balvant Ramchandra, native of Poona, which are set forth in a letter dated 25th August, 1901, addressed to the Secretary to the Government of Bombay, have yet received the consideration promised; and, if so, will he state the nature of the decision arrived at.
(Answered by Mr. Secretary Brodrick.) There has been no change in the situation, so far as I am aware, since my predecessor answered a similar Question of the hon. Member's on the 7th May last.†
