Resolutions reported from the Select Committee—

  1. 1. "That, in the case of the Saddleworth and Springhead Tramways (Abandonment) Bill, Petition for additional Provision, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with. That the parties be permitted to introduce their additional, Provision if the Committee on the Bill think fit."
  2. 2. "That, in the case of the Trafford Park Dock and Railway Bill [Lords], the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with. That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill."

  4. 3. "That, in the case of the Lancashire Electric Power Bill [Lords], Petition for dispensing with Standing Order 128 in the case of the Petition of the 'South Lancashire Tramways Company,' against the Bill, the said Standing Order ought not to be dispensed with."
  5. 4. "That, in the case of the Metropolitan District Railway Bill [Lords], Petition for dispensing with Standing Order 128 in the case of the Petition of the 'Urban District Council of Chiswick,' against the Bill, the said Standing Order ought not to be dispensed with."
