HC Deb 06 September 1909 vol 10 c898
Mr. CLANCY

asked the Chief Secretary whether it was about seven years ago since agreements to purchase the Domville estate, in the county of Dublin, were signed by the tenants and lodged with the Land Commission, and, if so, what is the cause of the delay in the completion of the sale of the estate in question?

Mr. BIRRELL

The purchase agreements in this case were not lodged with the Estates Commissioners until June, 1905. The property was inspected in due course, having regard to the prior claims of other estates, and is now being dealt with by the Commissioners.
