The MASTER of ELIBANKThe Bombay Chamber of Commerce has addressed the Government of Bombay, not the Government of India, on the subject. So far as I am aware, the Government of Bombay have come to no conclusions regarding it. I understand that it is engaging the attention of other chambers and associations, European and Indian, who are equally interested.
