HC Deb 17 May 1909 vol 5 cc3-4
Mr. STAVELEY-HILL

asked the Secretary of State for War whether the brigades and divisions of the Territorial Army were now supplied with their full reserve of ammunition; and, if not, when the completion of these reserves was to be expected?

Mr. HALDANE

The full reserves of ammunition for the Territorial Force are available and are in Ordnance charge; they are not issued to brigades and divisions. Ammunition for the equipment of ammunition columns will be issued as soon as county associations have arranged for the storage.
