HC Deb 29 March 1909 vol 3 cc30-1
Mr. DELANY

asked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can state the cause of the delay on the part of County Court Judge Fitzgerald in fixing the sites of four labourers' cottages in the Clonaslee district, Mountmellick union, Queen's county, seeing that those cottages were already passed by the Mountmellick District Council and approved by the Local Government Board inspector, and appealed to the county court judge for hearing on the 29th of January last, who passed them as necessary, and promised to fix the sites on the 4th of February?

Mr. BIRRELL

I have no information as to the proceedings of the county court in these cases.
