§ Mr. HUGH BARRIEasked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether it is the rule of the Estates Commissioners in cases in which originating applications for the sale of estates have been lodged with them by owners to deal with such applications in strict order of priority; and, if so, whether the rule has been departed from during the past three years, and under what circumstances?
