HC Deb 28 June 1909 vol 7 cc30-1
Mr. LUNDON

asked what is the cause of delay in the reinstatement of the representatives of the late Thomas Barry, evicted tenant on the Cooper estate, Knocklong, county Limerick; and, in view of the fact that this particular case has been in the hands of the inspector to the Estates Commissioners during the past three years, will the matter be brought to a final issue as soon as possible?

Mr. BIRRELL

The Estates Commissioners tell me that Barry's former holding is now occupied by another tenant. The Commissioners will consider the application of Barry's representative in connection with the allotment of untenanted land in respect of which proceedings for sale are pending.
