§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners have decided to take no action in reference to Mrs. Lynch's application for reinstatement in a holding of 13 acres now occupied by another tenant. They inform me that 22 Cavan evicted tenants have been reinstated or provided with holdings since 1st October last.
