Mr. LUPTON

asked the President of the Board of Education if he is aware that the Education Committee of the London County Council have recommended that all girls at the Brixton Hill Industrial School shall be vaccinated by the medical officer when found necessary; if such vaccination is to be done without consulting the parents or the girls; if this is the result of action taken in carrying out the provisions of the Education (Administrative Provisions) Act, 1907; who will perform the vaccinations, and out of what fund will he bo paid?
