§ Mr. HOBHOUSETreasury sanction for this loan was given on 30th March. The loan will be issued by instalments as the work progresses. The first instalment will be issued on the application of the borrowers as soon as the mortgage deed, which is now in the hands of the Law Officers, is completed.
