§ MR. GINNELLI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether, with his knowledge of the desire prevailing in twenty-two counties of Ireland for the distribution of ranch land, of the people's ability to leave it derelict if not distributed, and of the cost and turmoil consequent on that course, his promised Land Bill will apply generally, or only to the western counties, leaving the people of the other counties to their own resources.
§ MR. BIRRELLI must ask the hon. Member to await the introduction of the Irish Land Bill. I cannot undertake to deal with the matter piecemeal.
