§ MR. GINNELLI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether, in the case of the evicted tenant, Mrs. Biggs, seeing that her evicted farm is untenanted and is neither demesne nor a home farm, and that, though in a wretched condition, she will take no other, he will ask the Estates Commissioners to reconsider her case and reinstate her in her old farm under the compulsory provisions of the Evicted Tenants Act.
