REES (Montgomery Boroughs)To ask the Secretary of State for War whether the quartermasters (many of whom are old soldiers with distinguished service) now serving in the Volunteer Force, and receiving a salary from the commanding officer out of the funds of the corps, will in future be paid by the County Territorial Associations; and, seeing that in future their duties will be more onerous than before, whether an increase of pay can be guaranteed to them.
