HC Deb 01 June 1908 vol 189 c1529
MR. O'SHAUGHNESSY

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he can say whether the Estates Commissioners have inquired into the claim of William Collopy, of Cappagh, in the County of Limerick, evicted tenant, for some untenanted land in lieu of his evicted farm; and, if so, with what result.

(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) The Estates Commissioners have placed the applicant's name on the list of persons suitable to receive holdings, and the ease will in due course be referred to an inspector with the object of providing him with a farm in County Limerick, if possible.
