To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he can say whether the Estates Commissioners will consider the case of Timothy Sheahan, of Rathkeale, evicted tenant on the estate of the Earl of Devon, with the view of giving him some untenanted land in the county, having regard to his fitness to work a holding.

(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) The Estates Commissioners have decided that the applicant is a suitable person to receive a. holding in the event of their being able to provide him with one.
