HC Deb 01 June 1908 vol 189 cc1529-30
MR. O'SHAUGHNESSY

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he can say whether the Estates Commissioners have inquired into the case of John Ryan, of Rathkeale, in the County of Limerick, evicted tenant; and, if so, what action do they propose to take in the matter.

(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) The Estates Commissioners have inquired into this case, and have decided to take no action upon it for the present. If, however, the estate upon which the evicted farm is situate should be sold through them they will further consider Ryan's application.
