HC Deb 17 February 1908 vol 184 c428
MR. BYLES (Salford, N.)

I beg to to ask the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies whether it is intended to circulate the evidence taken by the Native Affairs Commission of the Natal Government; or, if that be not possible, can a copy of the document be placed in the Library for the use of Members.

THE UNDER-SECRETARY OF STATE FOR THE COLONIES (Mr. CHURCHILL,) Manchester, N.W.

The Volume of Evidence contains over 1,000 pages, and the cost of circulating it as a Parliamentary Paper would be excessive. I therefore propose to place two copies in the Library for the use of hon. Members and trust they will be found sufficient.
