said he proposed to take to-morrow the Second Beading of the Small Landholders (Scotland) Bill; on Wednesday, the Second Reading of the Land Values (Scotland) Bill; and on Thursday, Supplementary Estimates—Post Office, Royal Irish Constabulary, and Imperial College of Science. If time permitted Report of Supply would also be taken.
