To ask the Postmaster-General if he will explain Why applicants for special Christmas Work at Seacombe, Cheshire, have received forms stating that the pay is to be 5¼d. per hour, whereas previously it was 6d. per hour up to 21st December and 8d. per hour from that date until the work finished.
