§ COLONEL SEELYInformation on the subject of the sum which emigrants are required to possess before entering the Colonies was given in my reply on 24th November to a Question put by my hon. friend the Member for the Cirencester division. So far as I know, there is no preference or relaxation in favour of emigrants from the United Kingdom.
