CAPTAIN CRAIGI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Estates Commissioners have in any, and, if so, how many, cases sanctioned advances of over £3,000 for the purchase of holdings, and in how many cases have they refused to sanction such advances under The Land Purchase(Ireland) Act, 1903.
