PRICE (Edinburgh, Central)To ask the President of the Board of Trade when he anticipates the Committee appointed to inquire into the Bankruptcy Laws in England will present its Report; and whether he has any intention of asking the same or another Committee to inquire into the condition of bankruptcy reform in Scotland.
§ (Answered by Mr. Kearley.) I am informed that the Committee hope to conclude the taking of evidence shortly, and the Report will follow in due course. My right hon. friend has no intention of asking a Committee to inquire into the condition of bankruptcy reform in Scotland.
