SIR GILBERT PARKERI beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade what was the average price of raw and refined sugar, respectively, imported into England from 1893 to 1902, and what was the price of raw and refined sugar, respectively, in this country in 1906; and what was the importation of sugar into this country in 1902 and 1906, respectively.
