§ Mr. GLOVER (St. Helens)To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he can name the date when he will introduce the Miners Eight Hours Bill.
(Answered by Mr. Secretary Gladstone.) I hope, as I said in reply to a similar Question yesterday, to introduce this 1423 Bill in the course of next week, but I am not yet in a position to make a definite statement.
