HARMOOD-BANNERTo ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether any provision will be made in the Estimates for the forthcoming financial year with a view to carrying out such of the recommendations of the Inter-Departmental Committee on the Provision of Funds for Reformatory and Industrial Schools as do not require legislation; and whether, in the case of the recommendations affecting day industrial schools, an early opportunity will be taken to amend the law in the direction required.
