§ MR. MEYSEY-THOMPSON (Staffordshire, Handsworth)To ask the Secretary of State for War how many men have been discharged from Woolwich Arsenal during each period of three months since October, 1905; from what departments there have been the largest number of men discharged; and whether the present rate of discharges will continue.

§ As regards the Ordnance Factories, the largest number of discharges have taken place from the Royal Laboratory; and, as I informed the hon. Member for Great Yarmouth on the 29th ultimo,† it is expected that the further discharges from the factories will not be more than 150 or 200 men.
