HC Deb 16 May 1906 vol 157 c461
CAPTAIN CRAIG

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if any friendly societies registered in England, Scotland, Ireland, or Wales have a rule deducting part of benefit from members being in receipt of compensation under the Workmen's Compensation Act; and, if so, can he give the names of the societies.

(Answered by Mr. Secretary Gladstone.) The Chief Registrar of Friendly Societies informs me that he has not seen any such rule in the rules of any registered friendly society.
