§ MR. THOMAS O'DONNELLTo ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he has received from the Dingle District Council a Resolution asking the Estates Commissioners to intervene with a view to have Mr. Denis McCarthy, of Milltown, Dingle, county Kerry, evicted tenant on the estate of Lord Ventry, reinstated in his holding; whether an inspector will be sent to meet Lord Ventry with a view to arranging sale and reinstatement in this case.
(Answered by Mr. Bryce.) The Estates Commissioners inform me that they have received the Resolution referred 877 to, and that they intend in due course to make enquiries into the case of the evicted tenant in question, as also into the cases of other evicted tenants who have sent in applications.
