HC Deb 12 March 1906 vol 153 c930
MR. CAIRNS (Newcastle-on-Tyne)

I beg to ask the Postmaster-General whether the Select Committee appointed to inquire into the remuneration of postal and telegraph employees will take into-account the high cost of living in some provincial towns as compared with others; and will full inquiry be made when such cases are put forward by the employees.

MR. SYDNEY BUXTON

It will be for the Committee to decide what evidence should be admitted.
