HC Deb 07 December 1906 vol 166 c1301
MR. BOLAND (Kerry, S.)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether any, and, if so, what steps will be taken to secure the rebuilding of the school-house at Keelnabrack, Glenbeigh, in view of the condition of the present building and of the frequent representations made on the subject of this particular school.

(Answered by Mr. Bryce.) I am aware that delay has occurred in this and similar cases pending the settlement of the question as to the standard plans for national schools to be adopted. This question is now the subject of correspondence between the Treasury and the Commissioners of National Education, through the medium of the Irish Government, and I hope that a settlement will shortly be arrived at.
