HC Deb 07 December 1906 vol 166 cc1300-1
SIR ROBERT ROPNER (Stookton)

To ask the President of the Board of Trade whether the General Lighthouse Fund Accounts for the year ending 31st March, 1906, will be laid upon the Table of the House before the adjournment for Christmas; and, if not, what is the reason of the delay.

(Answered by Mr. Lloyd-George.) The accounts will be presented as soon as the necessary certificate of the Comptroller and Auditor-General has been obtained. I hope to receive it before the end of the session. Copies have already been communicated confidentially, by my instructions, to the members of the Advisory Committee on New Lighthouse Works.
