HC Deb 04 May 1905 vol 145 c927
MR. CHANNING

I beg to ask the President of the Board of Agriculture whether His Majesty's Government or the Board of Agriculture will be officially represented at the International Conference on Agriculture at Rome; if so, whether such official representatives will be instructed only to watch and report suggestions made for international action as regards agricultural questions; and whether, in any case, any official representatives will be instructed not to commit this country to proposals involving any form of joint international control over matters affecting the interest of British agriculturists.

* THE PEESIDENT OF THE BOARD OF AGRICULTURE (Mr. AILWYN FELLOWES,) Huntingdonshire, Ramsey

The Answer to all three Questions is in the affirmative.
