§ MR. AKERS-DOUGLASI fear I cannot add anything to the Answer which I gave yesterday† to a Question from the hon. Member for Mile End; which was that, as the Bill is worded, this would depend on the facts of each individual case; but that whether further definition is necessary is a question that can be discussed on the Amendments already on the Paper.
