§ MR. ARNOLD-FORSTERWith respect to the first part of the hon. Member's Question, I have nothing at present to add to the statements made by me in the Memorandum accompanying the Estimates. It is proposed to effect a reduction in the strength of the Volunteer force.
MAJOR SEELYWill the right hon. Gentleman say whether it is a reduction in actual numbers or in establishment, or in both?
