§ MR. ARNOLD-FORSTERIt is not usual to publish details of the actual strengths of the troops quartered at home and abroad, and I am not prepared in the present instance to depart from this practice. The general Annual 638 Report, which will be issued in a few days, gives the numbers asked for by the hon. Member on October 1st, 1904.
