ARTHUR STANLEY (Lancashire, Ormskirk)To ask the Secretary to the Board of Trade whether his attention has been called to a decision of Mr. Justice Channell with regard to the hall-marking of foreign watches; and whether he proposes to take any action, by legislation 342 or otherwise, to remove the disabilities under which British watch manufacturers are now labouring.
