HC Deb 25 July 1905 vol 150 cc186-7
MR. YERBURGH (Chester)

I beg to ask the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether the delegates to be appointed by the Powers to control the finances of Macedonia are to have equal powers with the Russian and Austro-Hungarian agents over other matters than finance; and, if so, what are the other matters.

† See (4) Debates, cxlix., 261.

EARL PERCY

The Note presented by the Powers makes it clear that the delegates to be appointed by them will be empowered to deal with all matters which involve considerations of finance.

MR. GIBSON BOWLES (Lynn Eegis) asked the noble Lord when further Papers would be laid on the Table of the House.

EARL PERCY

As soon as possible, but I am afraid some time must elapse before they can be presented.
