CHARLES CRAIGI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he will lay upon the Table of this House the circular which has lately been sent to the national school teachers by the Board of Education in Ireland on the subject of the discussion of political questions at their meetings; and also the correspondence which led up to that circular.
