§ MR. DELANY (Queen's County, Ossory)To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he will explain why the Commissioners of National Education have granted to some principal teachers, appointed for the first time on or after the 1st of April, 1900, salaries largely in excess of the initial salary, while other teachers similarly circumstanced are denied any such increase.
