CATHCART WASON (Orkney and Shetland)I beg to ask the President of the Local Government Board if he is aware that a record breaking motorcar tour is now being undertaken from Land's End to John o' Groats; and if the police will be instructed to take care that the provisions of Clause 9 of the Motor-Car Act, 1903, are not infringed in England.
