HC Deb 02 May 1904 vol 134 cc118-9
MR. WEIR

I beg to ask the Secretary for Scotland whether he is aware that, although the burying ground of Crossbost, Island of Lewis, is certified as overcrowded the estate management have hitherto declined to arrange terms on which the Lochs Parish Council can acquire new ground; and will he cause some inquiry to be made into the matter with a view I to the difficulty being overcome.

* MR. A. GRAHAM MURRAY

I am informed that on the 5th of last month an arrangement was arrived at between the local authority and the estate in question for a new burying ground at Crossbost.
