§ 3. "That a Supplementary sum, not exceeding £31,000, be granted to His Majesty, to defray the charge which will come in course of payment during the 440 year ending on the 31st day of March, 1904, for Stationery, Printing, and Binding for the Public Service to pay the Expenses of the Stationery Office, and the Cost of Reports of Parliamentary Debates."
