§ 1. "That a Supplementary sum, not exceeding £7,300, be granted to His Majesty, to defray the charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1904, for Expenditure in respect of Royal Palaces."
§ 2. "That a Supplementary sum, not exceeding £18,800, be granted to His Majesty, to defray the charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1904, for the Royal Parks and Pleasure Gardens."
