Member to the Parliamentary Paper, "Commercial, No. 5, 1903," giving correspondence between the British and German Governments and particularly to the last two Papers. The position has not altered since then. The Secretary of State for the Colonies is in communication with the Government of Canada in regard to the matter. There are no further Papers which can be published at present.
