To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if the dredger, for the purchase of which provision is made in the revised Estimate of the sum required in the year ending 31st March, 1905, for the Ireland Development Grant, is intended to be used on both the eastern and western coasts; and, if not, what portion of the Irish coast-line it is meant to serve.

(Answered by Mr. Wyndham.) The dredger will he used, as far as practicable, for harbours generally.
